The ACT Equipment Scheme (ACTES) helps eligible ACT residents with a long term illness or disability, live and participate in the community, using equipment, aids and appliances.
The Domiciliary Oxygen and Respiratory Support Scheme (DORSS) supplies oxygen and respiratory equipment for home use to eligible clients in the ACT. These are clients with a condition that meets the criteria of DORSS who have been referred by an approved consultant.
The ACT Equipment Loan Service supplies a range of equipment to clients in the ACT community. Equipment is supplied to clients on hospital discharge, for trial and general rehabilitation purposes. This is a free, short term (3 months) service.
