A Seniors Day Care Club that meets every Monday at the Kyogle Seniors? Centre, 3 Bloore Street, Kyogle (behind the swimming pool).
Run by trained volunteers, the club is open to all members of the local community who may be feeling lonely and isolated due to age and/ or disability.
Activities include gentle exercises, quizzes, games, mental simulation, guest speakers, morning tea and lunch.
Members are transported to and from the venue. Fees include transport, morning tea and lunch.
One must be able to look after oneself or if need bring their carrier.
