Description
Assists veterans and war widows or widowers who wish to continue living at home but need some practical help to do so. Low intensity services can include domestic assistance, personal care, minor home and garden maintenance and respite care. Limited social services may also be available as part of the Coordinated Veterans' Care (CVC) program.
