Hands on Studio

Hands On Studio provides artists with varying abilities access to the community through art making. Across both sites a variety of classes run per week. The classes cover a range of 2D and 3D techniques and explore a variety of materials. Hands On also runs out-reach programs in the community. The outreach programs provide vulnerable groups and individual?s access to creatively in a public or familiar environment. All classes and programs are taught using the person centred approach; this gives all of the participants the opportunity to explore their creativity independently or in collaboration with their peers and trained tutor to complete desired projects. All Hands On Studio participants are supported to contribute their artworks to local and interstate exhibitions, connect with creative institutions and collaborate with established artists.
