Description
Range of services as single service or package to assist people with disabilities, frail aged and their carers living at home in the Hunter Region. These include: community transport, meals on wheels, Frozen Meal Service, social and peer support (individual, group), lunch outings, domestic assistance, minor home maintenance, lawn mowing. People not eligible for government subsidy can pay privately for some services. NDIS Provider.
