The Club meets every Thursday from 10am-2pm in the Richmond Room, Regatta Ave, Ballina. Activities include gentle exercises, quizzes and games, entertainment and guest speakers. The club is open to people living in their own homes or retirement villages (generally these people are not socially isolated so they are low priority) who, through being aged, frail aged and socially isolated, have difficulty getting out into the community. Approx. 50 people attend the club regularly. Must be able to care for ones self. Morning tea and lunch provided. Limited Transport available.
