A Seniors Day Club that meets every Thursday at 10am,at the Girl Guides Hall. Run by trained volunteers, the club is open to all members of the local community who may be feeling lonely and isolated due to age and/ or disability. Early Dementia ok - can bring carer. We are not a respite group. We have activities for all levels of fitness and ability. Activities include gentle exercises, quizzes, games, mental simulation, guest speakers, outings, morning tea and lunch. Fees include morning tea and lunch.
