The Mental Health Association NSW provides these free monthly groups for adults (age 18+) with anxiety, panic, phobias or obsessive compulsive disorders. Trained leaders facilitate the 2-hour meeting during which members support each other to overcome their fears. Groups meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month at the Dougherty Centre, Chatswood; 1st Tuesday of the month from 6.30pm at Epping Community Centre. All venues are accessible and near public bus stops.
