Telecross provides a free, daily phone call by volunteers to people who live alone, are socially isolated or at risk of accident or illness. TeleCHAT provides a social telephone call to people living in the community to provide support, friendship and community connection. The Personal Alarm service assists people to keep living safely and independently at home by providing access to emergency help 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Social Support Red Cross connects clients to their community by establishing regular visits with a caring Red Cross volunteer who can assist with social activities and outings.
