Delivers services to frail, older people (aged 65 years and over or 50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) and who need assistance with daily living to remain living independently at home and in the community. Deliveries of a wide range of frozen and chilled meals to people living at home. Group social support from 10.00am to 2.00pm includes morning tea and three course meal and activities. Held at Blacktown Monday,Thursday and Friday, every 1st Tuesday (Maltese group), 2nd Wednesday (Chinese group) and every 4th Wednesday (Filipino group).
