Cancer Voices NSW

Cancer Voices NSW provides the independent voice of those affected by cancer in NSW and beyond. Since our formation in 2000, Cancer Voices NSW has been influential through our advocacy in improving cancer prevention and diagnosis, information, treatment, care and support, and the direction of research and policy. Our members include people with cancer, cancer survivors, carers, cancer care professionals and interested individuals and organisations.

We provide a forum for those affected by cancer to share their experiences, concerns and ideas. Our representatives offer broad, informed perspectives on cancer issues at local, state and national levels – wherever decisions about us are made. We are all volunteers of varying backgrounds and ages. Most have experienced on of the many different forms of cancer and its treatments. We are people who want to make a positive difference to the cancer experiences of others.
