CatholicCare offers a range of disability, mental health and aged care programs to individuals in the ACT and surrounds. CatholicCare is a registered provider of NDIS services and delivers a suite of services including Support Coordination, in home and community access supports, SIL, counselling, home and yard maintenance, group activities and plan management. The SINC program provides entry level aged care services for seniors (over 55) through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and CatholicCare is a Registered Aged Care Provider of Home Care. The Community and Assistance Support Program supports people under 65yrs of age living in ACT who are suffering from a short term health issues, mental illness or chronic health condition with domestic assistance, food service, personal care, community participation, counselling, information and advocacy, minor home maintenance and transport.
