Clients assessed by appointment; eligible if diagnosed with a disability. LiveBetter provides several types of support including Community Participation, Active Ageing, Life Choices, Supported Living, Flexible Respite, Social Support and Respite Care. Kids Groups are offered on Saturdays monthly, supported holidays are offered to teens and adults, centre based activities such as pamper, cooking, mens groups, visual art, drama and womens world are offered weekly to adults. If entering a day program with our service an Individual Service Plan will be developed specifically for the care recipient's needs. When allocated a Flexible Respite package a plan is made with the Co-ordinator to meet the Carer's needs.
