Deaf Australia (NSW) Inc

Deaf Australia NSW is the state level peak advocacy and information organisation in NSW for deaf people who are bilingual ? using both English and Auslan (Australian Sign Language). DANSW is a state based organisation, covering the state of New South Wales, and is a member of its parent organisation, Deaf Australia, the peak organisation for deaf and hard of hearing nationally representing the views of those people who use Auslan (Australian Sign Language). Deaf Australia works with Australian governments and collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure that Australia complies with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
