Provides support, information and assistance for young people 12-25yrs experiencing mild to moderate emotional or mental health and/or substance issues. Staff are professionals including youth workers, psychologists, social workers and alcohol and other drug workers. Referrals are made to other services if headspace cannot provide the right support. Clients are encouraged to make contact about even small issues to aid with early intervention. Headspace does not provide crisis mental health support.
