Description

Receives complaints from members of the public, Housing ACT tenants, applicants on the Social Housing Assistance Register and second level complaints relating to maintenance complaints made to the Total Facilities Manager (TFM). Complaints made by Housing ACT tenants about maintenance matters and complaints made by private property owners regarding half cost fencing are to be directed to the TFM. The complainant may submit their issue in writing, email or phone direct to the TFM.
