Housing ACT Gateway Services Central Access Point

Information hub for Housing ACT. Assesses applicants for housing assistance including public, community and affordable housing and bond loans. Provides information and referral to support agencies. Access to First Point (central intake service for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless) and the Supportive Tenancy Service. A Housing ACT direct phone service (maintenance and housing matters) and mailbox are located within the Tuggeranong Canberra Connect shopfront and the City Health Centre and phone service is also available in the Phillip Health Centre. Rent payments can be made at any Canberra Connect shopfront. Also acts as an outpost for the National Disability Insurance Agency.
