Offer palliative care, geriatric evaluation and management, transitional aged care, aged care assessment, community therapy and inpatient rehabilitation programs. We do not provide acute health services.
Services provided are Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. There are a range of groups available to help clients achieve independence, meet client goals and to educate and promote their health. Supports can be provided in the home or at Mercy Health Albury.
