Description
Home modification and maintenance service eg: grabrails, access ramps and bathroom modifications. HMMS assist people to live safely and independently in their own home by modifying the home, to create an environment that maximises the person's independence and safety. Modifications are also undertaken when such work supports the carer to maintain their caring role. For example, putting rails up in a bathroom or replacing stairs with a ramp.
