Services currently available through the centre: A range of Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services - Community Transport including a bus service and taxi vouchers; Social Support; volunteer shopping/social visits for reading letters/paper or chat. Domestic Assistance, Personal Care, Respite, Home Maintenance and Home Modifications assessed by Occupational Therapist. Home Care Package (HCP) providers and NDIS registered providers, including support coordination and plan management. The aim is also to maintain the level of independence required for living in the community.
