St John Ambulance (Qld) provides safe and assisted door to door local community transport for eligible clients to: Medical appointments (specialists, GPs, Hospitals, health and wellbeing services and rehabilitation) Shopping Centres, Visiting family and friends, Social outings and group day trips, Church, community and cultural groups and activities. The Transport Access Project is a subsidised program funded by both the Australian Government, Department of Social Services and the Queensland Government Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services.
