WorkAbility assists job seekers to find suitable work, provides on the job training and support until the employee can perform the job to employer expectations, assists the employee to become part of the social activities of the employee workplace, provides the employee with support in accessing community facilities, offers support and maintains contact with the employee, employer and co-workers to ensure the success of the job. WorkAbility also assists employers to find suitable candidates to fill their job vacancies. WorkAbility is a recognised Disability Employment Service (DES) Provider. NDIS provider
