Provides a daily telephone call to people living alone who are medically at risk, or seeking reassurance. Clients can be referred by friends, relatives, community nurse or by self referral. A volunteer will call between 7.30am-9am, if the phone remains unanswered they will call again in 10 minutes. If the call remains unanswered we have a process to determine whether the client needs aid
