Based out of Parramatta, our team delivers specialist, quality service within a person-centered and holistic framework highly receptive to the Disability community as we are passionate about ensuring every person who accesses our service is successful in receiving the assistance, care & support they deserve. As a registered NDIS service provider, our wide range of services include: Referrals, Welfare support & assistance Access, Complex Support case management, Community engagement/volunteer programs & lastly support to the NDIS.
