We deliver, Commonwealth Home and Support Programme, Commonwealth Home Care Package Programme, Short Term Restorative Care Programme, Community Visitors Programme, ? The above programmes fund older people aged 65 years and over (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) to remain living at home and in their community. Services include domestic assistance, transport, meals, personal care, home maintenance, social support, respite, nursing and allied health and care management. BBCR also supports care relationships through planned respite services for older people. Volunteer support and visits to residential care for residents. Other services include community projects, partnership programs, BBCR Activities Hub, community radio and volunteer opportunities.
