Best Community Connections

Connections offers an independent living training and community access service post school options, transition to work, community participation, respite service to assist people with intellectual or physical disability. The service aims to help people achieve independence and integration into the local community. This is done in an age appropriate manner. The have a centre base which is used at most 50% of the time. We are a community accessing service and endeavour to spend majority of time in the community. The Centre base is modified with ramps, paths and large toilet facilities. Also provide work experience opportunities, access to literacy, numeracy, computer tuition, self defence, exercise programs, volunteer work, horse riding, kayaking, living skills and adult education. NDIS registered.
