Cyclabilities

Cyclabilities comes under the banner of Abilities Unlimited Australia (AUA), a volunteer-led non-profit organisation providing children with a disability the skills to gain competence and capability to confidently engage meaningfully and inclusively in sporting and recreational activities. Cyclabilities is one of the suite of programs that are uniquely modelled on allied health principles, equitably focussed, and delivered within a therapeutic framework.


The WaterAbilities program is designed to teach life-saving skills to children on the autism spectrum (or like characteristics) and help them embrace their natural affinity with water in a safe and beneficial way.


The programs encourage children with disabilities and their families to regularly engage with their local community to develop safety skills, fundamental movement skills and swimming and cycling skills.
