DCA provides support and information services for deaf and hard of hearing children, young people, and their families, to maximise personal development and social inclusion. Online programs are run to broaden reach across Australia, with direct services taking place in Victoria and SE Qld. Services include tailored family support, parent mentoring, independent living skills training of youth, Auslan tuition, Youth Services, parent networking groups, recreation activities and camps, information workshops and employment support services. Also provide language resources, and support families with information and advocacy through a national helpline and interactive website.
