Description
The Equipment Program funds South Australians, including those with chronic conditions, who are otherwise ineligible for mobility and support equipment and home modifications, through Commonwealth options (like the NDIS).


Equipment and home modifications, as well as the delivery, repair, maintenance and replacement of items (if needed) are organised by the Equipment Program for eligible clients and then sourced from preferred suppliers.
