The Master Locksmith Access Key (MLAK) is an innovative system that allows access to public facilities (eg: toilets) for people with special needs. The MLAK key can also be used to access Changing Places facilities and Liberty Swings. The MLAK system helps to reduce the level of vandalism and to ensure facilities are clean and accessible when required. Access is restricted to people who have a disability or those who have written authority from a doctor, a disability organisation, a local council or community health centre, the centre management or owner of a building with an accessible toilet on site.
