One&All Hub

Offer a daily consortium of choices to engage in developing skills, socialisation, authentic connection, therapeutic enhancement, vocational direction, social enterprise and community building. We are a vibrant community for 18 onwards, especially those who so often fall through the cracks after leaving school. Some of the dynamic workshops we offer are accessible yoga and meditation, creative visual arts, drama - including ice breaker getting to know you games, confidence skills for public speaking, dance, personal training including boxing and circuit activities, martial arts - tai chi and self defence skills, music therapy - including rock choir, cooking workshops, social enterprise and gardening. We have regular social events, organise art exhibitions for participants, we have networking events and we have an annual end of year "all-abilities" ball and fashion parade.
