Description
Our programs and projects are based around inclusion, diversity, young people and families, sector development, including aged care, and community services.
We are an NDIS Partner in the Community, providing Local Area Coordination Services across the NSW Mid North Coast, with offices in Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Kempsey and Nambucca.
We provide NDIS Support Services including Support Coordination, Plan Management and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for participants across NSW, and we are able to offer remote services via phone or online.
