Description
TransCare is a not-for-profit community organisation that provides support and services to people residing in the Upper Hunter and Muswellbrook Shires. Our aim is to support clients? independence, allowing them to remain in their own home for longer. We can assist people who experience difficulty in carrying out daily activities like cooking, cleaning, personal care, shopping and attending medical or social appointments. These services are available to registered My Aged Care and NDIS clients. As a local provider of Meals on Wheels in Scone, we deliver healthy and delicious meals directly to your home.
