Woden Community Service (WCS) Disability Support

Provides direct support to people living with a disability, who have a NDIS plan. WCS will assist you to develop and maintain skills and increase personal independence while participating in your community. Supports include transitioning to independent and supported living, accessing the community and supported work experience placements. Promotes skill development, Family relationships and existing relationships, new relationships, engagement in social, leisure and recreational facilities and groups, and participation in community development and community education practices that promotes the positive inclusion of people with a disability. NDIS registered provider. Supports include one-to-one support with a support worker, group activities and support coordination/specialist support coordination.
