Child and Family Health offers a developmental assessment service for children up to school age where there are significant concerns about several areas of development. Areas of concern may include communication, social development, self help skills, fine and gross motor skills and problem solving or cognitive abilities.
A multidisciplinary service that includes paediatric medical officers, clinical psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social workers.
Assessments are tailored to the individual needs of children and their families.
