Description
HOME provides a long-term home for 20 people living with an enduring mental illness who are at risk of homelessness. Each resident lives in a self contained unit in a safe, loving and non-institutional setting. HOME provides lunch each day cooked by volunteers. Residents come together to enjoy a meal, good conversation and friendship. Tenancy at HOME is by a referral process. Referral forms obtained by calling 6284 2409.
