Provides services to support people to live independently at home and actively participate in community life. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Services include; Personal Care, Social Support and Community Access, Transport, 24 Hour and Overnight Care, Respite Care, Disability Services, Return from Hospital Support, Domestic Assistance, Home Maintenance and Modifications, Telecare Monitoring and Alarms. Calvary Community Care provides a variety of services under the Home and Community Care (HACC) program and offer Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 Home Care Packages.
