Resource role to clients, healthcare providers and relatives. Offering education, care planning and effective communication. Preventative care and engagement and empowering clients with necessary knowledge and information, to enable them to manage their own disease. Coordinates the "Inspirations" Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program.
